The cookery courses are held from 16,30 to 20 pm, and are about 3,5 hours work. An extended menù will be tought to the people who will attain the course.
It is mostly based on a starter, a "primo piatto" often home made pasta,also teaching this old form of art,a "secondo piatto" like tarts,timballs "parmigiana",and a dessert.
........ and have been learning from many different Chefs from different parts of the world, to elaborate themself a "Vegeterranian" cuisine, that could match the quality of Italian cuisine and "Gourmet" vegetarian receipes.
The goal has been a life challenge to try to show people, that vegetarianism is not a healty diet, based on "sufference",but that everyone can enjoy real delicious meals, without use of meat and fish.
